This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by CANNCO Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, in connection with the CANNCOMine mobile application ("App").
This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
The Company collects the following information that you voluntarily provide:
(a) Full name, registered email address, and mobile number at the time of account creation;
(b) Profile information updated by you within the App; and
(c) Feedback, suggestions, or communications submitted through the App.
Upon your use of the App, the following information may be collected automatically:
(a) Device identifiers including device model, operating system version, and unique hardware identifiers;
(b) App interaction data including features accessed, session duration, and user actions;
(c) Technical log data including IP address, error logs, and performance diagnostics; and
(d) Precise or approximate location data, solely upon grant of explicit permission by you.
The Company may receive information from third-party authentication providers where applicable, and may process publicly available data sourced from Government of India portals pertaining to mineral block auctions and mining regulations.
Personal data collected is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
(a) Provision, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the App and its features;
(b) Personalisation of user experience within the App;
(c) Dispatch of transactional and informational notifications relating to auction updates, regulatory changes, and App features;
(d) Responding to user queries and providing customer support;
(e) Statistical analysis of usage patterns for service enhancement;
(f) Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations; and
(g) Detection, prevention, and investigation of fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
All personal data is stored on servers located within the Republic of India, specifically in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, operated by Supabase Inc. under a data processing agreement with the Company.
The Company implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including but not limited to encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS protocols, encrypted local storage on user devices, role-based access controls, and periodic security assessments.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic transmission or storage is wholly secure, and the Company does not warrant absolute security of your data.
The Company does not sell, license, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Disclosure may occur only in the following circumstances:
(a) With your prior written consent;
(b) To authorised service providers engaged by the Company, who are contractually bound by confidentiality obligations; or
(c) When required by law, court order, or direction of a competent governmental or regulatory authority.
The App may transmit push notifications pertaining to auction events, regulatory developments, industry news, and App updates. You may withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through App settings or your device’s operating system settings.
Personal data shall be retained for the duration your account remains active. Upon account deletion, data will be purged within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Deletion requests may be submitted to contact@canncotech.com.
The App is not directed at persons below the age of eighteen (18) years. Use of the App by minors must be with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
In accordance with applicable Indian data protection legislation, you are entitled to:
(a) Access personal data held by the Company pertaining to you;
(b) Correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
(c) Erasure of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements; and
(d) Withdrawal of consent previously granted.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CANNCO Tech Private Limited ("Company"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CANNCOMine application ("App"), you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the App.
The App provides the following services:
(a) Auction Intel: Tracking and analytical information pertaining to mineral block auctions conducted under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, as amended;
(b) Mineral Market: Indian Bureau of Mines Average Sale Price (IBM ASP) data;
(c) Regulatory Library: Consolidated access to Indian mining legislation, rules, notifications, and amendments;
(d) Mining News: Industry news and sector updates;
(e) Information Center: Official communications and documents issued by the Ministry of Mines and allied government bodies;
(f) Digital Solutions: Enterprise-grade DigiMine modules; and
(g) AI-assisted query resolution for mining-related information.
The App is currently offered without charge. The Company reserves the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers upon prior notice to Users.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 You shall not create or maintain more than one active account.
3.3 You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
You shall not, directly or indirectly:
(a) Reproduce, scrape, or systematically extract data or content from the App by any means;
(b) Deploy automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to access App content;
(c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
(d) Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or authentication mechanism;
(e) Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or in contravention of applicable Indian law; or
(f) Transmit or post any content that is defamatory, misleading, offensive, or harmful to third parties.
All content, data, software, design elements, and materials within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to access and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated herein.
The App and all content therein are provided solely for informational purposes and shall not be construed as legal, financial, regulatory, or investment advice. The Company makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information derived from third-party or government sources. Users are advised to independently verify all critical information from official government portals prior to reliance thereon.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. The aggregate liability of the Company for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
